Your health, your data

The goal of TEAM-X is to create a protected and trusted digital data ecosystem based on the Gaia-X infrastructure for the development of data-driven business models, products, and services. It is the basis for future-oriented health and nursing care that is preventive, personalized, and participatory. Health data that is inaccessible today will be made available and usable within this framework. Data sovereignty will pass to the patients. They determine who has access to their data and how it is used. Seamless documentation and security play a major role. Access and release will be possible from any end device.

The solutions developed by TEAM-X so far are currently practically mapped in two use cases. They are: CURE – women’s health and CARE – the digital platform, for inpatient and outpatient geriatric care. The Digital Responsibility Goals developed at the European level form the basis for creating the digital trust space for TEAM-X’s work.
